    Educational Technology Master Class Sessions for Faculty

    • Moodle Master Class - Tuesday, Sep 3, 2024, 12:00pm – 1:00pm. This session covers the basics of Moodle's interface, helping you become familiar with its layout and functionality. You'll learn how to navigate through courses, access resources, create activities for student, and customize the gradebook for optimal efficiency. Please join us using Teams.

    • Collaborate Session Master Class - Wednesday, Sep 4, 2024, 12:00pm – 1:00pm. Explore how to use Blackboard Collaborate within Moodle for virtual classrooms. This session will teach you how to schedule, conduct, and manage live sessions, including sharing content and engaging with students in real-time. Please join us using Teams.

    Upgrade to Moodle 4.1

    Dear Faculty and Students, 

    We are pleased to inform you that Moodle was successfully upgraded to version 4.1. You can resume your normal activities.

    Regular Maintenance Window Notice

    IT&S may perform regular maintenance and upgrades for improved experience on our educational technology platform on Tuesdays or Fridays in the early mornings between 6:00am – 8:00am (AST). During these times Moodle may not be available. General Network maintenance may affect access to Moodle from off campus on Sundays between 6:00am – 10:00am (AST). Please note that downtime during the exam week will be avoided whenever possible. We greatly appreciate your patience.
